Clear Terms of Service

Review policies and responsibilities when using our services.

This Managed Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of January 6, 2026, by and between IT Home Support, LLC ("Provider") and ("Client").

1. Scope of Services (Support +)

Provider agrees to perform the IT services described in the Description page of the website, which may remote technical support, remote monitoring and management, automated patch management, printer troubleshooting, and software setup and support.

2. Fees and Payment ( Support +)

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Client shall pay $14.99 per month.
  • Or, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): Client shall pay $149.99 per month.
  • Monthly Payment Terms: Monthly payments are deducted every 30 days of each month based on the effective date of the service and are due within 5 business days.
  • Annual Payment Terms: Annual payments are deducted 365 days after each year based on the effective date of the service and are due within 5 business days.
  • Late Fees: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 10%.

3. Term and Termination

  • Monthly Term: This Agreement begins on the effective date and continues for 12 months.
  • Annual Term: This Agreement begins on the effective date and continues for 12 months.
